An allocated negotiator will guide you through the sales and let process ensuring a quick let on or after completion.

Administration

All paperwork including the assured shorthold tenancy agreement, standing order, tenant advisory letter, and holding deposit receipt will be completed by your negotiator in the presence of the tenants in are office.

Pre Check Out

A pre check out inspection will be carried out prior to the tenants check out, the tenants will be given a full report called Key Notes, and this gives the tenant the opportunity to leave the property in the same condition as they found it.

Meeting the tenant at the property and cross referencing the inventory and if necessary involving our trades teams to rectify anything that is different to the original inventory taken. Taking final meter readings and discussing with the tenant any deductions from there deposit.

* Rowell Property Services strongly recommend that a Landlord obtains Rent Protection and Legal Expenses Warranty. Rowell Property Services are not authorized to advise on insurance, however we can provide details of a specialist provider from whom further information may be obtained. Rowell Property Services may receive commission on the purchase of any such policy. In the event that Rent Protection and Legal Expenses Warranty is provided to you as part of the management service this policy will be for a fixed term of six months only and is subject to excesses and terms and conditions of the policy. Should the Landlord wish to extend the cover after the initial six month term, notification of this request should be provided to Rowell Property Services in writing prior to the expiration of the said policy.
